Shen Yun Performing Arts bids farewell to Winnipeg. Canada. Hello everyone, this is Grace Mann, today reporting on the second and final evening Shen Yun performance at Centennial Concert Hall on Thursday 8th April.
Before listening to our report today, here’s a snippet of information about the Centennial Concert Hall here in Manitoba.
The Centennial Concert Hall, as part of the Manitoba Centennial Centre, was built as a Canadian Centennial project. It is located in Winnipeg, Manitoba, Canada. This 42 year old concert hall cost $8 million to build in 1968. The Centennial Concert Hall is Manitoba’s premier performing arts facility, seating for over 2300 people. So too, it is the performing home of the Winnipeg Symphony Orchestra, the Manitoba Opera and the Royal Winnipeg Ballet. The beautiful hall also hosts a wide variety of artists, dance companies and musicals from all over the world and now can also boast having the honour of welcoming Shen Yun with its live orchestra to its stage.
Now, it’s time to pass you over to one of our in-house interviews from this final evening performance in Winnipeg.
Local Media Production Owner, Mr. Michael Lloyd told our in-house reporter he “really enjoyed seeing the real deal.” This is what else Mr. Lloyd had to say about his evening at this Shen Yun performance. [audio]
